Can you tell me why the q trolley do not have Bearings in the rear wheels which are hard plastic my wheel’s are not true the wheels where inside as the hard material wears on the axel the wheel’s wable as the inserts wear on the metal should be bearings as they take the weight the fronts are bearingsi have to buy two wheels
Congratulations on 20 years!! I’ve had my Q Follow since December 2022, and I haven’t had any problems. It is well built, and I get compliments every time I use it.
